Giving evidence can be an uncomfortable experience in an unfamiliar environment, unknown legal process and complicated language. Nearly all clients facing the prospect of answering questions in court will genuinely fear attendance. This can lead to loss of energy, feelings of overwhelm and fears of ruining the case.
